We believe that change can take place when we comply with democratic processes and respect each other without any discrimination on the basis of religion and caste and have equal opportunities for all at every level without any gender bias.

Capability Statement

Our current development portfolio includes women leadership development, food security and income enhancement, quality education for child, protection of child rights, maternal child and adolescent health, and human rights. The organization has experience to implement various projects on above issues. GPS has core competency in collectivization of communities and their leadership building through CBOs promotion and management, system side linkage and networking, legal facilitation, development of resource person on various issues. It also has strong competency for capacity building of community and grass root level CSOs through structured and participatory manner training. We have skilled personnel on various issues who could facilitate and implement the projects.

Our organization is also giving training and CBM consultancy to various organizations in different districts and states. Rajdev Chaturvedi, chief functionary of GPS is a national level trainer on human rights and gender framework and has worked with the various agencies on trainings especially on rights-based approach and human rights base development and gender framework, CBM on reproductive health, and micro level planning.
